GREECE
There are 4 ways:
1.By Imagine Factory Delivery Service.
Especially for central areas within Attica we can deliver orders.
2.By Post.
It takes 1-2 working days. Extra charges may be applicable for orders send to longer distances or for heavy and bulky orders. In any case you will be notified of any extra charges in advance.
3.By a National Transport Agent.
It takes 1-2 working days for the whole of Greece. In this case customer has to pick up the parcel from the warehouse of the National Transport Agency.
4.By courier
It takes 1-2 days with our collaborated courier Company. Extra charges may be applicable for orders send to longer distances or for heavy and bulky orders. In any case you will be notified of any extra charges in advance. Notice: it is our responsibility to select the appropriate delivery method. In case a client needs specified dispatching method or date or time, it is possible to do so at an extra charge. Customers will be informed in advance of any extra charges.Notice: it is our responsibility to select the appropriate delivery method. If you are a retailer, you have the choice and an Invoice can be issued instead of a Retail Receipt. An invoice is issued to companies or/and to businesses provided the following data be filled in the order form:
- V.A.T. number
- Name of the Tax Office
- Profession (for business people) as well as a telephone number for direct contact.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE, PREFERABLY AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER SO AS TO ISSUE AN INVOICE INSTEAD OF A RETAIL RECEIPT.

EUROPE
There are 2 ways:
1.By post.
Within 6-10 working days. The charge is 19.90 EUR for a parcel of approx. 30×50×50 cm or equal measurements. This charge is per delivery of each parcel. Parcels’ weight must be less or equal to 5kg.
Notice:
Extra shipping charges may arise depending on shipment address or for heavy or extra large parcels.
2.By courier.

WHOLESALERS
GREECE
There are 3 ways:
1.By Post.
It takes 2-3 working days. We will pay for the postage and the amount will be paid together with the payment of the goods.
2.By a National Transport Agent against Cash payment or acceptance of a Bank cheque following our agreement.
It takes 1-2 working days for delivery to the whole of Greece. We co operate with the majority of forwarders in the whole of Greece. The Customer pays for the transport fees.
3.By courier
It takes 1-2 working days with our collaborated courier Company. Customer pays for the courier fees.
EUROPE
There are 3 ways:
1.By road (TIR) or Vessel.
It takes 1-2 working days for your forwarder to collect the goods from our warehouse. Payment needs to be made in advance by a t/t remittance. After that we will deliver your parcel (s) free to the Forwarding Agent of your choice. We ship goods with EX FACTORY TERMS.
2.By post.
It takes 6-10 working days. Payment needs to be made in advance by a t/t remittance. After that we will deliver your parcel (s) free to the Post Office.
3.By courier.
It takes 6-10 working days. Payment needs to be made in advance by a t/t remittance. After that we will deliver your parcel (s) free to Courier Service.
