Universal Studios” Lon Chaney as the Phantom of the Opera Mask of the Red Death 8″ action figure from Sideshow Collectibles and artist Oluf W. Hartvigson. Retired and extremely hard to find! This incredibly detailed figure features a likeness of Lon Chaney Sr as he appeared in the Masque of the Red Death costume in the silent classic The Phantom of the Opera (1924). This figure is highly articulated, featuring an exact likeness and costume from the film. Accessories include skull-topped staff, mask and figure stand. Universal Studios created and truly defined the horror film genre beginning in the 1920s. Chaney, and later his son, starred in many of the films that brought the studio fame and fortune.
